Radical Citizen Media is an independent media resource documenting and reporting on Edmonton’s progressive social movements through photographs and videos. It is entirely produced by a team of one – a professional journalist who makes a living through my words and images.

Many of the events covered at this website are overlooked by other media outlets or reduced to short soundbites. However, the work that goes into operating this website is intense, especially the demands on my time to attend events to film and photograph them, then follow up with editing, post-production, and uploading. I have to deal with server costs, transportation, and wear and tear on my equipment, all while keeping up with my paid work.
